Purpose and Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data

We store your data exclusively for the purpose of responding to your requests, for the fulfilment and execution of contracts and for our own advertising purposes. The processing occurs on the basis of the current data protection regulations. If you have an enquiry, ask us for a quote or conclude a contract with us, we will process your personal data. Depending on the type of contract, these may include your last name(s), first name(s), address, email address, telephone/fax number and, where necessary, your date/place of birth, bank details and VAT ID. These data are stored and processed by our customer management for the fulfilment and execution of the contract and for our own advertising purposes. Your data will not be transferred to other third parties.

Data Retention Period

We will store your data for as long as required for the respective purpose. Concepts for the erasure of data are available and continuously adjusted to the statutory provisions and necessary conditions.

Where data which are processed for the execution of purchase contracts are subject to a retention period stipulated by tax law (document data), the storage period is 6 and/or 10 years. During this period, the processing of these data is restricted. The retention obligation starts at the end of the calendar year in which the quote was submitted and/or the contract was executed.

Job Applicant Privacy Policy

The personal data of job applicants are collected and processed for the purpose of completing the application process. The processing may also occur digitally, especially whenever an applicant submits his or her application documents in digital form, e.g. by email or via any web form provided on our website. If we enter into an employment agreement with the applicant, we will, in compliance with the statutory provisions, store the data for the purpose of handling the employment relationship. If we do not conclude any employment contract with the applicant, his or her application documents will be deleted automatically four months after submission of the letter of refusal, provided that the erasure is not opposed to any other legitimate interests on our part, such as a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Act on Equal Treatment (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz, AGG)).

Automated Decision Making

At the moment, we do not use any automated decision making or profiling features.

From time to time, we have to adjust our Privacy Policy to the actual circumstances and legal basis, which is why we ask you to consult our Privacy Policy each time before using our offer. Thus, you will always be up to date with regard to any amendments or updates.
