In many cases after-treatment and/or upgrading of the punched parts is necessary. Generally the first step is carried out with vibratory grinding to remove burrs as well as to remove residues of the punching oil. For this Dömer uses three rotary vibrators which carry out flexible and cost-favourable vibratory grinding of the parts. The workpieces to be processed are placed in a barrel together with abrasives and an additive in an aqueous solution. The oscillating and rotating movement of the barrel brings about relative movement between workpiece and abrasive. This brings about removal of material from the workpiece, in particular from its edges.

For further upgrading steps such as galvanizing or cathode dip coating we work together with well-known coating companies. The many years of co-operation are the guarantee here for optimum quality and lead times.
